Please note Trinbago Express Shipping offers customers free storage for fourteen (14) days. After which, storage charges will be incurred.
Customers are to ensure verification of shipping information.
Prohibited Items for Shipment
- Cash shipments.
- Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
- Explosives.
- Items resembling a bomb, hand grenade or other explosive device, except as provided in the Dangerous Goods section. This includes, but is not limited to, inert products such as novelty items, training aids and works of art.
- Firearms, weaponry and their parts.
- Perishable foodstuffs and foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control. An exception is available by contract only.
- Live animals including insects, except as provided in the Live Animals section in the FedEx Service Guide.
- Animal carcasses, insects and pets.
- Hazardous waste.
- Toxic and Infections Chemicals.
- Corrosive Chemicals.
- Honey.
- Lighters, Matches or Lighter Fluids.
- Oxidizers.
- Wet Cell batteries.
- Pressurized Container / Aerosols.
- Camouflage Clothing
- Shipments or commodities whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by law, statute or regulation.
- Electronic cigarettes.
Protecting your shipment
Insurance is available upon request. However, invoices must be provided and will be insured for a maximum of US$100.00. Coverage includes:
- Televisions
- Monitors
- Flatbed Scanners
- Microwave Ovens
